RTP#11: Golden Post

This is the 50th post in my blogsite
I want to discuss about my 50:50 achievable dreams

This one is gonna be fun :D

I'm going to start of with being an author of a book

I really want write my own book
Whether it's a novel
Or just a compilation of poems

I really want to see a book with my name in it as the author
I want to see it in all the bookstores I know

And I want to influence people through my works

I want to write a book about being a high school student
When I was still a high school student
And now about the life of a college student

And I also thought of writing a superhero story a comic
Like the X-Men, Spiderman etc..

I really love the thought
Of seeing my book in bookstores :D

Next would be me as a Singer/Songwriter

Currently I already got the ability to write the lyrics of a song

Problem is I can't give it a melody

I want to sing my own songs
Pretty much like what Ne-Yo is

I would also write songs for other artists

And what excites me about this thing is

Me having my own album
Actually I am already starting to work on it
But only it'll only be a 'lyrics album'

*My first entry would be 'Enough' I've posted that already

I must say I really grown up as a writer
When I was only starting when I was 14 or 15 years

I only write about my experiences

But now I can write about others too
I am also experiencing sometimes out of nowhere
Lyrics just come running into my mind
And of course I will write it immediately

Most of the time it's all about girls
I also tried writing form a girl's point of view
But no I still can't do it

But I'm really happy of what I am now as a songwriter
But there's more things to learn and develop

Plus when I'll become a successful one
There's a big chance that I'll be lasting a long time

Then let's move on to the next one
Which is being a model

No not a ramp model
But the one who appears in magazines and billboards

Just to see myself in one of those
Would really be great :D

And maybe I would appear in a magazine
Because of the picture that I have
And I got Kuya Germs in the background
And it could be submitted to FHM :D

This is only a crazy ambition
I don't think this one is ever gonna happen
But if given the chance, why not? :D

And also I want to be a radio DJ
Where I can say whatever great ideas I want

And play songs for people
Make people laugh through my jokes

And influence people in a good way

Make them overcome boredom because of the traffic

I also want to be a DJ in a club too

Where I would perform an make people dance
And every night I get the chance to see and meet pretty girls in the club

And I would even get paid for what I am doing
Even if I'm just having fun

So basically I want to be famous
But no I don't want to be an actor
Or a professional sports player
And also I don't want to enter politics to be famous

What I want is like I've said earlier

I want to influence people through my works

That pretty much sums it all

RTP#10: Hmm.. Interesting

This is something about my professor discussed in my class

And it is about friends
I mean true friends

And she gave out some sort of criteria for that

It was the first one that really made me think

It is same interests

And she then asked my classmates
On which do they prefer in having friends
The ones with their common interests
Or the one with their opposite interests

And most of them answered the one with same interests
And who can blame them that is how it should be

But I concluded that I'll have both

Let me explain the same interests side first

It is really good talking to someone with a common interest
And here you will learn more about the same thing
It would definitely be a fun conversation
And I am pretty sure that the two of you would talk again

Then here we have the opposite interests side

I will find this person really interesting

I am pretty balanced
I mean I can keep quiet and I can be loud
I can be funny and I can be serious as well

If you are the 'Emo' one
Who loves to stay alone
And you're going to talk
With the 'Party Person'
Who loves to talk a lot
And vice versa

Think about what would happen
If they will just go through a normal conversation
I myself can't imagine it clearly

But if I'm in this position
One good question that I would ask
Is 'What is it like?'
'What is it like being always alone?'
'What is it like always going home late because of the party?'

See my point?

And with this being asked
You'll learn about the opposite of yours
And see what it is like

And you may even try it
And end up like him/her
If it is good and fun then why not?

I just find it really interesting
From an Emo becoming the Life of the Party
But I can't really see it the other way around :D

RTP#9: From One Side to the Other

This is something about I realized about myself

I am the only guy in our family
Ever since my Dad passed away due to heart attack
It is almost 10 years since he died

And I am turning 18 on February 20 '09

Then it is almost 10 years also
That I've been living with girls
My Mom and my three siblings

Well with that being said

I know many things about girls
And I understand them very well
And it is hard especially with their mood swings
And when in the mall we are 95% at the ladies' stores
But it's fine, why? Because I get the chance to see pretty girls :D

But here's the thing
Living with them is hard
Because I can't talk to them about everything

Yes I can talk to them about the NBA in one minute
But 15 minutes? Nah, I don't think so
I'm sure they would change the topic after a minute

See my point?

Then now I am living at the Burg with 4 guys
So that would make 5 of us including me

And what I love about living here
Is I can talk about them about anything

School, girls, basketball, girls wrestling and por#
And including our problems sometimes
With family and school

And my Mom told me once
That that is the one thing that I don't know
And that is living with a man around
Which is true it is almost 10 years since that happened

And now I know how to live with both sexes

Now I can understand people even better

And I've grown a lot since then and it will not stop right there

RP#7: Friends

This about the TV show Friends which I watched and finished via dvd

There were 10 seasons of this show
And I've finished it already

But I really wished that the show should go on
But everything should go to an end

I felt sad after finishing the last episode
Of course I can still watch it all over again

But I learned a lot from that show
Literally from each of the main cast

Let me start off with Chandler
Also known as Mr.Funny man
He is the one who just can't stop telling jokes
I myself loves to make people laugh
And by watching him I learned a bunch of new tricks
And also he is the one who thinks about the future
Saves money, which is what I also do

Then let's move to Monica
She became Chandler's wife
And also Ross' sister
She the most organized among all of them
When I said organized I really ment it
And she came from fat to thin
Very determined and competitive just like me

Next is Dr. Ross Geller
A paleontologist and somehow a geek
He is also competitive like Monica
He was married three times in the show
And been divorced three times as well
He is also Mr. Always Right
Sensitive just like me
And also a real gentleman
And has a lot of respect to girls

Let's move on with Rachel
The Ms. Popular in High School
Spoiled and irritating at the start
But she wanted a new life
And she got it by living independently
Earning money through job
And not relying on her dad anymore
She is really tough
That's what I admire in her character

Second to the last is Phoebe
The weirdest among them
Never had a serious relationship
Until she met Mike
She grew alone
Definitely she is Miss Independent
Since her mom committed souicide
Then she and her twin splitte up
She lives a very simple life
Though very weird at some point
You got to love her simplicity and courage

Last but not the least
Drumroll please..

Let's all welcome Joey

The ultimate playboy
Who almost slept with every girl in New York in the show
Which has a signature pickup line of
"How you doin?"
An actor
All charm not much brain
But what I love about this guy is
He never gives up
When he does not qualify
He'll try to be better the next time
And he is really good in giving advices
Just like me
And he is a huge Knicks fan
And he is my favorite among all of them

Well as you can see these are 6 different persons
And what I learned and trying to do is
Creating a balance of the six of them in me

And also they area perfect example of true friends
The ones who is willing to do anything for you
The ones who will be in your good times and bad times
Through the success and the failures

Basically they will be there for you for your entire life

EP#21: Beaten by My OWN Move

This is about how I loss to my sister at bowling in Wii

Well it is her first time to play it
Then I myself knowing that my throw is not straight
Already have my strategy planned

And to my surprise she also has the same stroke
And what she did is she copied my strategy
Which really put me off my game
Then that led to my loss

I just feel bad because my OWN strategy is the one which defeated me

I thought and practiced and mastered that tactic
Just to be copied and be used against me

DAMN!!!

EP#20: Wii-k End

This something about what happened when I played our Nintendo Wii

After knowing that we already have it
I was so hyped and so eager to play
Then when I started playing it was all fun
I didn't even believed that it would get me tired
But after playing the boxing game in Wii-Sports
I am sweating big time, like I went to the gym for real

Of course, I didn't stopped playing
Then I got really tired and sleepy
So I went to bed at 3:00AM
I still need to wake up early
Because Kuya Marvin is coming to our house
The next morning because he also wants to play Wii

I woke up at 8:00AM
Then didn't even cared about having breakfast
I am already feeling a little pain in my body
Especially in my elbow joints
So I surfed the net for a while
And didn't played Wii until Kuya Marvin arrived

Then I went to my Chabakano class at Baste
(sorry if the spelling of Chabakano is wrong)

Then when I am back at home
I played Wii again
Then after having dinner and washing the dishes
I began feeling the pain
Actually I'm still experiencing it right now
And I'm telling you this ain't pretty

Though I really had a lot of fun
But here I am experiencing the consequences of playing too much

My arm and my back really hurts so badly right now

Definitely it is the most enjoyable way to exercise

RP#6: 1st Week of 2K9

This is something about everything that happened to me from Jan 4 '09 - Jan 10 '09

Sunday

I am already at the Burg by noon
Got no one to talk to all day long
So bored, got nothing to do
SO I cleaned up a little bit
And watched TV and Friends
Then grabbed a couple of beers
Before I went to sleep

Monday

First day of the 3rd term
As expected not all professors are going to show up
In fact I only met half of my professors this day
But what brighten up this day
Is my HUM10 class
There are a couple of pretty girls in here
And I am planning to hit on one of them
When I got back to the Burg
There's Kuya Iking but he is asleep
From 2:00PM (I arrived) - 7:00PM
Then when he woke up
We ate dinner together
And talked a lot
Then when I was about to sleep
We are both in the bedroom already
He started coughing and coughing
So he went down his bed and said
"Tang ina Jay, umiilaw tsinielas mo?!"
(because my new havs is glow-in-the-dark)
And our light in the bedroom is closed
So it is glowing a the moment
I can't help but laugh about how he reacted

Tuesday

I have no class this day
And Rovin was also back at the Burg
This day I was a bum
Still got no school works
So I just sat down watched TV
Played elem TD
Remixed a little
Ate and slept

Wednesday

This is when our first lecture in Calculus happened
Concluded by the first seat work
I managed to do half of it
Then copied the rest of it
Because I am lacking time
We also met our prof in HUM10
And even though she looks strict
I am not going to miss a single class
Because I want to see the girls in our class :D
Then HUM11 started to get boring
Still we have not met our professor in COE116
And we met our professor in COE116L
Which is Ma'am Yumang
Then we are complete at the Burg this time
Me, Peping, Rovin, Kuya Paeng and Peping

Thurday

A very similar day like Tuesday
Not a lot of things happened
Got no class
No home works
Basically got nothing to do

Friday

Quiapo Day!!
Thank God I'm from south bound
So I was not affected of the traffic
Caused by the devotos to Nazareno
School is fine this day
Had a discussion in Calculus
Which I barely understood
Again no professor in HUM10
And also in HUM11
But we met our professor in COE116
And I meet up with Alah
And went to the Burg
Just hanging out until 4:00PM
Because that's when T-Tin's work would be over
Then we went to T-Tin's clinic
And we are told to meet Anne and Mom at Blue Wave
There we also ate early dinner at Pizza Hut
Then we went to S&R
Then we drived-thru for a milkshake
Then we headed home

Saturday

No class
But got some stuff to do
I got a haircut
I went to a birthday party at 3:00PM
Then after the party
Alah, Ate Mitchy, Kuya Marvin, T-Tel and Me
Went to Island Cove to play billiards
But all the tables are occupied
So we switched to videoke
After an hour we left
And did some picture-picture around
Then after it we went home already

I had a pretty good week
Still not tough just having fun
Not that much school works too

I almost forgot
From Sunday-Thursday
I had at least 1 bottle of beer :D

RTP#8: Pretty OR Yummy?

This is something about how I classify girls physically

Well this only started as one of my jokes
Which I always ask to my friends

Pretty means the girls who have a pretty face
Yummy come on guys you know what I mean about this :D
It goes like this

“Who would you choose as a girlfriend? Pretty or Yummy?”
Or "Pretty or Yummy? Saan ka don?"
They usually just laugh about it
But once they have chosen one
I'll follow up it with

If he chose pretty
“So it's ok if your girlfriend has a pretty face but fat? Or extremely thin?”
And if he chose yummy
“So it's ok if your girlfriend has a hot body but not pretty?”

Then most of them will have a second thought on their choice

Funny thing is right now I also have to pick one
And I mean just one not two but one

Having a new term
That would also mean that I would have new subjects
And of course new classmates

In one of my minor subjects
There's two girls in this class that really did caught my eye

One of them falls in pretty
One of them falls in yummy

Let me tackle on pretty first
She is more fresh looking
She has a model-type of body (slim & sexy)
She has a fairer skin

Then here is yummy
She has a sexier body
No, she does not have and ugly face but less pretty face

Okay that's about it

But I decided to go for yummy

So in our second day in class
I tried to create a space for her beside me
First I sat at the back where she sat at the previous meeting
Then a bunch of guys came and sat on that row also
So I figured she won't be seating here anymore
Then I transferred on the row in front of me
Where no one is seated yet
I sat in the isle behind Luigi
Then two girls sat in my row
But still it's ok
Because the seat beside me is still vacant
And there's only few seats available

Then here she is came late
From the backdoor
She headed towards a seat
And unfortunately she sat on the seat
In front of Luigi
Then I transferred again
But this time I sat beside Luigi
Then while filling up the information in my index card
Accidentally I glanced at yummy's card
I saw her surname begins with “M” followed by “a”
So if my professor would arrange us in alphabetical order
There's a huge chance that we are going to be seatmates
Hope that would happen

Of course there's no assurance that there would be something between us
But it's worth a try
Being the torpe guy that I am
I really had second thoughts about my plan
But then I heared this song in my iTunes
Which is Akala by Parokya ni Edgar
And it really struck me hard
Especially the lines
Wala kang mapapala kung hindi ka magbakasakali
Dahil lumilipas ang oras
Baka ka maiwinan kung di mo susubukan

And I realized
It's a new year
It's definitely a time for a change

EP#19: 1st 2K9 Post

This is something about what happened in New Year

I'll be starting on what happened during the last hours of 2008

Approaching the year 2009
The noise are all over the place
Whether it's coming from an early firework
Or from the sound system of our neighbors

Then here I am
I thought of something new to do for our sounds
I thought of remixing songs by my own
So after downloading a software
I started practicing for a couple of days
Then here comes December 31
At around 4:00PM I began recording my own versions of songs
But unfortunately it didn't went out pretty well
And it is already 10:30PM
So what I did is I dispatched what I did earlier
And fought the sound system of my neighbors
By doing an on the spot remixing
Having only one speaker
I still felt good while doing it
I am like a DJ in a club
Yeah I really brought the house down :D

Then here comes the New Year countdown
I went out of our house about 10 minutes before 12:00AM
And I began jumping around
And the fireworks are starting
My Mom and Nanay Itcha also began lighting their own

Then at 12:45AM we went back inside our houses
And and had our first meal of 2009
After it we drank a sparkling juice
Then a glass of Absolut Vodka
Then we all went to sleep at around 1:30AM

I woke up at 12:30PM
I only had breakfast
Then surfed the net immediately
At around 2:00PM my Mom told us to dress up
Because were heading to Greenhills and there we are going to hear mass
And do a little shopping as well
But unfortunately when we arrived it is closed
So we just ate at Flapjacks
Then there we were able to see
Kuya Germs and Jojo A.

Then after having early dinner
We went to the EDSA Shrine
And there we were able to hear mass
Then we went to Rob Galleria
And there we did a little shopping
On our way home we dropped by Starbucks
And it has been a while since I went to Starbucks
There are a couple of pretty girls there
I am like Ooh check them out :D
